I'm a self-employed Virtual Assistant based in Plymouth, and I've spent years working in technology sales -- which means I understand business, I understand people, and I know exactly what it feels like to be under pressure to perform.
When I spotted a gap in the market for genuinely skilled, reliable VA support for small businesses, I didn't hesitate. I built Harmony Helpers because I knew there were business owners out there doing too much alone -- and that I had exactly the skills to help them.
What drives me? Honestly, all of it. Watching a business run more smoothly because of the work I've put in. Knowing a client has their evenings back. Building something that's genuinely mine. It never gets old.
